No One Turned Away for Lack of Funds
We want to make sure that the Seder is accessible regardless of finances. If you need to pay a reduced fee, please email info@communityhavurah.org with the amount you are able to pay.
COVID Safety
Due to the nature of this ritual, we will be eating throughout the evening. This event takes place indoors and is mask-optional. If you experience ANY symptoms of a potential contagious illness, we kindly ask that you remain at home (your presence will be missed, and unfortunately we won’t be able to provide a refund).
Kosher-Style Dining
The Havurah will provide all the ritual items and paper goods for the Seder. Our meal will be potluck, so please note the following and specify on your registration what dish you will bring:
The Temko Building allows for kosher-style eating. Food made in a home or from a shop must have vegetarian or kosher fish ingredients (no meat, fowl, or seafood ingredients). As it is Passover, only foods made with Kosher for Passover products will be allowed (as opposed to regular wheat, barley, rye, oats, and spelt).
Gluten free Passover options should be labeled. Rice and corn products are fine. Please refrain from peanuts due to it being a common food allergen.
Beverages
Community Havurah does not provide wine (we will have grape juice and water!), but we encourage you to bring wine to share with the community.
Accessibility
The Temko Building is wheelchair-accessible.
